Dwarf Mandarin Orange Seedling🍊
These pretty little trees, well-adapted to indoor growing, yield small, sweet bright orange fruits within 2 to 4 years, and start producing more significant amounts in 5 years. Easier to peel than oranges and less acidic, mandarin oranges are loaded with vitamins and minerals and can be eaten fresh, in salads, or in desserts.
Mandarin orange trees are ideal for growing in large pots, where they reach a height of 3 to 6 feet. They will thrive in a sunny corner of your home in the winter months. Move your tree outdoors in warm weather to an area of your yard, garden or patio that receives maximum sun exposure.
Like other citrus trees, mandarins are drought tolerant. Allow the surface of the soil to dry out between watering. It’s time to water when you can insert your finger into the soil up to the first knuckle before you feel moisture. They can be watered deeply about once a week (until water drains out of the drain hole), more often in dry conditions.
Dwarf mandarin orange seedlings will be between 7 and 10 inches tall when shipped or picked up.
